A garden studio to be constructed using permitted development. An office space to become a pavilion in the summer months via plenty of openable glazed/solid doors. Incorporating a study, Speakers, Amplifier, Turntable, storage of approx 1000 records, books and general storage. The garden being re-lansdcaped to tie in better with the new pavilion and make use of redundant areas. Proposed works also included off Street Parking for an electric car integrated into front garden.
