Conversion of an existing landlocked former artist studio to photography studio for a private client. The existing floor level was lowered creating a dramatic double height working area flooded with natural light. A cantilevered timber clad mezzanine structure accommodates the plant room, storage, WC's and sleeping quarters whilst the editing suite, kitchen and ancillary areas are located in a narrow slot squeezed between the surrounding properties.
