The remodelling and extension of the lower ground floor, the construction of a basement under that floor and the lowering of the rear garden. The house was originally constructed in the late nineteenth century and we extended with a new glass structure down the entire side passage and replaced an traditional timber-framed conservatory at the rear. The garden and existing lower ground floor level of the house was lowered and a new basement with a utility room, cinema and wc constructed.
